Professional Life Coach

Career so far…
I am a certified professional life coach and a natural born cheerleader.
Before I became a coach, I HAD a coach to help me through huge and scary personal change, including quitting my corporate job, selling my belongings, and moving from America to a new country, England. (My story has a happy ending, I am still here!)
I approach coaching with humanity, humour and honesty, and I believe in the power of authenticity. It is an honour to serve as witness to my clients’ inner world and walk with them to the scary and magical places their hopes and dreams and fears lead them to.
After a Marketing and Communications career in corporate America, I began coaching, and now have more than 10 years of experience. My specialty is in helping people through personal and professional transition through one-on-one coaching and leading workshops.
I like to see the beauty in people’s humanity and hold space for the junk in their lives.
I call it like I see it. Appreciate the tiny and weird ways we are human, flawed and beautiful.
I came late to the motherhood party, having my kids at 41 and 44, so I like to approach life and parenting with a broad brush and big perspective.
I love lipstick, very hard workouts, very strong margaritas and very real conversations. I am a small-time social media junkie and sleep is my drug.
I find being an American in England makes me an anomaly. People are surprised by my candor and this surprises me.
I adore working with people who are hungry to be a better version of themselves and get out of their heads and out of their way.
I earned my Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Wisconsin in Madison in America. Earned my coaching certification from the prestigious Coaches Training Institute (CTI), and graduated from their Leadership Program. I ran the first weekly self-improvement workshop Life Club in Scotland, and am now working in Cambridge and the South East UK to help people be better at being unapologetically themselves.
