Me in eight words (ok, so it’s 15, I cheated!):
Cheeky cheerleader | Collaborator | Communicator | Courage crusader | Healthy habits ninja | Professional foodie | Sunshine bringer | Turnaround coach

A corporate escapee
With 25 years experience of working in food and hospitality leadership roles with brand leaders such as British Airways and Weight Watchers. People development has always been my passion and I now have my own portfolio business collaborating with like-minded people.

I’m an energetic, cheeky cheerleader for people and a certified CTI coach.

I coach smart, busy people who want to change something in their lives. Do you want to feel better? Work with me and get clear on what you want. We start where you are, build awareness of what works for you and what doesn’t. You’ll turnaround your negative thinking, find ways to manage your emotions. You’ll stop procrastinating, and start taking action. You’ll discover more purpose, more confidence; feel more comfortable in your own skin and well just feel a hell of a lot happier! My clients are the stars. I’m the guide.

I lead and deliver personal impact training to communications professionals for CEB.

I also manage PR and communications for the Roux Scholarship, supporting the Roux family to find the talented young chefs of the future.

Living my life
Married to David who is mad about Arsenal and me. We live in Egham and Aberdeen. I’m a foodie with a one-a-day Italian coffee habit.

Aka CEO Green Leaves (yes it’s true I love getting creative with salad). I’m a healthy habits ninja during the week so that I can enjoy myself at the weekends. Baking for friends and family relaxes me – sharing cake and conversation is one of my favourite ways to pass the time.

I exercise to stay in shape and most days I do yoga online or make it to a class at my gym. I feel uplifted when the sun is shining and when I’m walking on the beach.

I’m a global traveler, life long learner, avid reader and writer. I‘m learning to meditate and slow down to be more mindful in the moment – some days are better than others!

I have a degree in Catering and Applied Nutrition, a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies, I’m a certified co-active coach (CPCC) with the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and an NLP Practitioner. I’m currently studying a course called Body = Brain, to enhance my work with the latest neuroscience on how involving the body facilitates learning and behavioral change.
