Me in eight words:
Authentic | Enabler | Empathetic | Ethical | Innovator | Mentor | Passionate | Transparent

I am a ‘thought leader’ on emotional intelligence, agility and the ‘people’ agenda for teams and individuals to facilitate creativity, growth, well-being and optimal performance within organisations and educational establishments.

My 20-year successful career has been non-traditional and diverse in nature. I have consistently maintained a positive alignment in my work/life balance. I leverage these experiences, qualifications and achievements to creatively develop capability and versatility in others.

I have designed and delivered complex programmes and initiatives allowing sustainable business performance and cultural change across both private and public sectors.

I love and live by The Starfish story – if you don’t know it, you can find in via Google.

My Starfish Story
Through being a recognised and successful Human Resources, Learning & Development, Education and Organisational Development  professional I enable others to achieve their goals.

The traits of self-awareness, self-regulation, internal motivation, empathy and social skills are my starfish and by challenging others to throw each one into the ocean of their life I enable people and organisations to ‘create a ripple and make a difference’. Empathically, ethically and innovatively enabling individuals and organisations to open pathways to success through the recognition and adoption of emotional intelligence across their Human Resources signature processes.

At eight circles we help you understand and identify whether emotional intelligence is a rhetoric or reality in your world, through a uniquely designed and bespoke ‘Litmus test’. We also work with you to reflect on your past, identify your present and define your future for creating positive behavioural change.

If you want to experience a journey on connecting positively with others, nudges in neuroscience and developing yourself, your ‘people’ and your business , please get in touch.

Currently studying at Kings College London for an MSc in Applied Neuroscience  and psychology of Mental Health. As well as these academic qualifications, my life qualifications are I am a wife, a mother (to three spirited and thoughtful boys) a sister and a loyal friend.
