Thought for today

The image says it all. A simple thing, yet I’ve heard myself say ‘I’ll do that later” so many times over the past few weeks. Today I’m trying on a new habit for size.

They say it takes 21 days to integrate a new habit into your life, I’m at day one and counting. So far so good…

    I’ve been on day one for the past 20 years!!! Joke aside- I do try doing things straight away but it’s often a case of convenience putting things off!
    I often find that being away from home for a couple of days, gives me a new blast of energy and I really do get things done …only thing is that this energy doesn’t last very long xx
